HOW TO ORDER MEDAL MOUNTING

If you would like us to mount your medals for you, then you are able to order in two ways.

1. Go onto the Online Shop page. Choose the style of mounting from the first three items in the shop, either Court Mounting or Ordinary Mounting. Add the number of medals to be mounted in the quantity box then proceed to the checkout. You will be able to pay for the mounting. 

Then package your medals and send them to us at the address on the CONTACT US page. If you require Special Delivery, please purchase 1 x 'Special Delivery Surcharge', this is the first item in the shop. **PLEASE NOTE ** We only use Special Delivery for sending medals. Recorded delivery is not trackable, and compensation is limited to £39. Medals sent or returned via recorded delivery are done so entirely at the owners risk. Special delivery has a basic insurance value of £500 and is trackable. If you require enhanced innsurance, upto £10,000 then please contact us and we will advise of the additional postage costs.

If you do not wish to pay by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal, place your order as above then stop at the payment page. Enclose a cheque made payable to R. Wade and send them to us at the address on the CONTACT US page.

2. Alternatively, email us on the below link giving details of the number of medals to be mounted, the type of mounting required, and any special requirements or urgent delivery dates and return postage requirements e.g. recorded or special delivery. We will then email you back the same day with the answers to your queries, a full price and details of how to pay. If you wish to pay by Paypal, please supply your paypal address and we will invoice you through Paypal.

PLEASE NOTE: When sending medals to be mounted, please do not send the boxes. The medals will not fit in them once mounted and it incurs extra postage costs. We reserve the right to charge any excess postage if boxes are sent.

URGENT ORDERS?? IF YOU HAVE A TIGHT DEADLINE, EMAIL US AND SEND THE MEDALS BY SPECIAL DELIVERY. WE WILL ENDEAVOUR TO MOUNT YOUR MEDALS AND RETURN THEM STRAIGHT AWAY. OUR AVERAGE TIME IS NORMALLY ONLY 48 - 72HRS. FOR URGENT REQUESTS WE CAN SOMETIMES MOUNT AND RETURN POST ON THE DAY THEY ARRIVE.
